Every day, we showcase the fruits and vegetables in season. And the fresh products gleaned from the most beautiful markets of Seville.
In the face of San Luis church, this art restaurant, with a sofa and piano corner, attracts a clientele rather bobo with taste and a minimum budget. Since 2005, the creation of three frangins, has grown in several epochs from vibrant cultural coffee with shows and snacks in the restaurant short, relaxed and well-rated in town. The developed map varies every day and systematically puts fruit and vegetables in the scene, with varied fresh products gathered in the beautiful markets of Seville. The taste of the dishes of this atypical lair leaves no one indifferent, especially for régalade! The open kitchen… opens up the appetite and one of the main dishes is the inescapable: risottos to aubergines (con berenjenas), duck and mushrooms or black ink in ink to chipirones (supions), sweet delicacies! Meat (black pork, wild boar, buey…) and fish of the moment (corvina, robadallo, pargo…), or even attractive langoustines, salads and vegetarian preparations. Everything is beautifully presented and served with kindness and sympathy by Javier and his team… only with small formats, we are already stalled, so the preparations are rich and sufficient rations. Works by artists regularly punctuate the walls, a way to pay tribute to contemporary art, the vocation of one of the owners. A tasty and healthy alternative with a good selection of wines, not missing!
