This is one of the best restaurants in the city with a native chef who has returned from Hong Kong: Pedro Giménez. The setting is both urban and modern, with a kitchen placed in the centre of the room and a clear, uncluttered decor. The recipes are prepared with fresh seasonal products (with fish arriving daily from the coast of Cadiz) and of high quality. The menu changes every quarter and offers dishes that combine authenticity and the chef's creativity. Wine lovers will appreciate the extensive wine list. Finally, the service is professional and extremely attentive.

Un repas exceptionnel ! Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin, j’ai mangé des produits que je n’aimais pas et pourtant je me suis régalé, un service à l’écoute rien à redire tout simplement génial, je reviendrai lors de passage à Séville avec autant d’enthousiasme ????
