A limited menu but optimal flavours in this Melia hotel restaurant, which offers a modern, sober décor to savour the finest dishes
This is the restaurant of the Gran Gran Melía Colón, with its modern, straw-colored setting. The choice may be limited, but the food is top quality. You can also sample the flavours of the place by opting for tapas or raciones, to be enjoyed indoors or on the terrace. And let yourself be tempted by a salmojero served here with a quail egg, or mushrooms served with a delicious truffle-scented mashed potato, finishing with a chocolate fondant served with raspberries. Very attentive staff.
