Housed in a former 19th century palace, this restaurant of the Seville Hotel School offers a dining room on the first floor and a pretty cafeteria-bistro in a very elegant patio. Refined and delicious, the cuisine adapts to the seasons, but you can, for example, enjoy a cold soup with almond milk, a carpaccio of langoustines with ginger ice cream, turbot with orange sauce, and finally a chocolate cake with a heart of mango cream. Your taste buds should remember it.

Dans un cadre très chic de l’hôtel associé, le restaurant est lui plus simple et abordable mais bon. Il combine les traditionnels tapas espagnols avec des plats plus élaborés, mention au tournedos (solomillo) et sa purée de truffes, excellent. Service très à l’écoute et bons vins locaux à petits prix. Addition un peu élevée pour la région, mais adoucie par les Yums acceptés.
