It's hard to miss this bar, the first one after the San Telmo bridge, but its ugly green neon sign is a reminder of its presence. In its favour, it has an enchanting terrace to admire the city and the Guadalquivir. It's the ideal place to eat some fish and seafood tapas if you're not too fussy about cleanliness, which leaves a bit to be desired. Try the chipirones a la plancha (small squids), you will tell us about it. Good points: the portions are sufficient and the waiters don't push you to eat.

Jolie terrasse, excellentes tapas, cadre sympa. La primera est un des meilleurs restos à Séville.
