The chef Salvador Rojo has well thought out his concept: a personalised service for 35 covers, an author's menu with very fine and original dishes and a tasting menu every day. It is a pity that the quantities are not more generous. The establishment, where there is also a small bar, Bar 33, where you can enjoy some divine tapas, stands out from the sometimes tiring homogeneity of Seville's restaurants by being more creative. Reservations are strongly recommended, especially at weekends. Enthusiasts can also attend his workshops.
