Opening in 2022 in the premises once occupied by Azotea, this new restaurant focuses on local produce, with maximum emphasis on fish. Hence the pun on its name, marabunda (abundant sea). In a relatively small space, but with plenty of natural light thanks to the many windows, you can test the culinary skills of Francis Balongo, who previously worked for the Ovejas Negras group for ten years, by opting for a Peruvian-style ceviche or his fried sea bass served with a mango and coconut soup.
