A farm salting shop offering excellent charcuterie, processed on the premises, and fine local produce.

Directly from La Fourche to la fourchette! These pig breeders and producers open the doors of their farm and offer a point of sale (another is located in Chaspuzac (2 rue du vol à voile). They are also present at local markets in Retournac (Wednesday mornings), Craponne (Saturday mornings) and Vorey (Sunday mornings). Here, pigs are raised on straw, slaughtered at the Polignac abattoir and processed on the farm. Their products have won several awards in regional competitions, including sausages and dry sausages.
