It's the trendy bistro of the plateau cities: a bargain-hunter's bar made of recycled objects found in attics and flea markets, an informal New Age bar atmosphere, the friendly atmosphere of a grandmother's house where you can come and eat simple, fresh dishes: tapas, mixed salads, burgers, melting lamb, home fries, French toast... The drinks menu is displayed on the screen of an old TV, a bicycle is waiting in the entrance, plants are slumbering in crates... We grab the press and settle in.
