Very average hotel, would not stay again.

Wer seine Seele baumeln lassen möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Wir hatten eine super entspannte Zeit mit viel guten Essen und fantastischen Getränken.
Besonders hervorheben müssen wir das "Taba-j". So eine authentische und geschmacklich tolle mauritanische Küche, ganz ganz grosses Lob. Wir haben immer gesagt, wir gehen zu Mama essen, denn genau so haben wir es gefühlt.
Neben entspannten Tagen im Hotel haben wir natürlich die Insel erkundet.
Kleiner Geheimtip: die Pferderennbahn in Port Louis ist echtes Erlebnis. Besonders wenn man sich auch mal traut auf ein Pferd zu wetten.
Wir bedanken uns sehr sehr herzlich beim Sunrise Attitude und der Insel Mauritius für eine überragende Zeit.❤️

Das ist ein traumhaft ruhiges Hotel, mit sehr freundlichen Personal, das Essen ist immer frisch, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Das Barpersonal ist sehr freundlich, schnell und immer ansprechbar. Man kann sich in der Anlage sportlich und spielerisch betätigen, sowohl auch am dazugehörigen Strand. Man kann verschiedene Ausflüge buchen, die wunderbar betreut werden. Wir bedanken uns für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und Urlaub und wünschen dem Hotel und dem Personal alles Gute.

Sehr schönes, modernes und sauberes Hotel. Die Lage war perfekt und man war innerhalb 5 Minuten am wunderschönen Hotelstrand Belle Mare. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Essen war auch sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Die Poolanlage ist auch top.

Juste exceptionnel, l’accueil, les restaurants, les services de l’hôtel, tout était parfait. On reviendra avec plaisir.

Der Ort ist leider etwas abgelegen, es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Geldautomaten und schöne Flanierwege. Das macht aber nichts, denn dafür ist das Hotel umso besser!

Superbe hôtel calme. Personnel très sympathique. Si vous recherchez la tranquillité vous serez au bon endroit. Par contre pour se déplacer la voiture est nécessaire. 10mn à pied d'une supérette sinon Flacq à 15mn environ en voiture.

Just returned from here. We had a fab time. The Complex is clean and very well maintained. Service on site was brilliant and very accommodating. All Staff attentive thru out the day and meal times restaurant kept clean at all times. Tons of food choices. Vegans well catered for especially in the social house restaurant. Great service in here from Ravi, Sebastian and the lady waitress (sorry Can't recall here name).
Also a mention to the little lady in the Taba j van her food was fab even catering for me as a vegan.
Our room was spotless and looked after by Ria who couldn't do enough to help.
Entertainment in the evening varied but on the whole excellent singers and shows.( music finished a little early for an adult only complex and often not in the venue advertised).
The Pools were beautifully clean.
The management were friendly and approachable and Subash the food and beverage manager spoke to us virtually every day to see if all was OK. He really seemed to care about us and the staff.

Were you could use hotel sunbeds and drinks from the hotel wagon.

Wonderful hotel with friendly and detail focused staff. Ground floor rooms with swim up pools are the best choice if you can get them.

Just a short walk over the road to a brilliant private beach. Food in all the restaurants are amazing.

Wir möchten uns noch einmal für diesen wundervollen Urlaub bedanken.
Nachdem wir erst nicht ganz so zufrieden waren, habt ihr die Kritik angenommen und alles versucht, dass wir die perfekte Flitterwochen bekommen. Das habt ihr geschafft! Vom Hotel aus hatten wir auch eine private Süd/West Tour gebucht. Auch diese war mit ganz vielen tollen Infos und auf unseren Wünschen abgestimmt. TOLL!

Wir können von Herzen das Hotel und vor allem das Personal empfehlen. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit mit vielen atemberaubenden Erinnerungen.

After we were not quite so satisfied, you accepted the criticism and tried everything to make sure that we get the perfect honeymoon. You did it! From the hotel we had also booked a private south/west tour. This was also with a lot of great information and tailored to our wishes. GREAT!

We can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel and above all the staff. We had a wonderful time with many breathtaking memories.
So, a big recommendation from the bottom of my heart!

This is an interesting resort. From the moment you arrive it's very inviting and the staff are very welcoming. You are delivered to your room via golf cart. The property is pristine. After seeing the property, you would assume the room was to match. Our room was at the end right by the road. You could hear every single car and motorcycle. The bed had a mattress and a lumpy mattress topper. If you performed a bed bug search prior to hopping into the bed then you would notice the dirty stained mattress. Once we settled into our room, our room phone rang. It was a gentleman telling us he didn't see us at some talk they had. We told him we only just arrived. Fast forward now to later in the evening when we were stopped by two men, one of whom had called the phone earlier. They were quite pushy like salesmen trying to book you on excursions through the hotel. The prices clearly the double if you were to go book something yourself. The entire time you are on the property various staff stop to speak with you and are extremely friendly until they try their sales pitch again. At breakfast, while eating, the waitress may come over to make small talk and ask about your trip but not before she is pushing to reserve a lobster dinner for you the next night. The entire stay is like a timeshare sales pitch. You are never quiet because as soon as you finish with one staff member another one finds you. Perhaps they work off of commission and that's why they are so aggressive about it. Either way, we wouldn't stay here again. For the same price you can stay at a comparable resort with nicer rooms and less sales pitches.

Excellent hotel with great bars and restaurants. The rooms were laid out well and amenities were good. Some things need to be stocked manually like water and coffee, but this is due to the hotel's initiative to be more green which is understandable.

The pools are fantastic with enough loungers and little compartments to sit and suntan in. The beach is across the road but this ended up not being a problem at all. Awesome stay and highly recommended, despite the resort itself not being directly on the beach.

Ein top Hotel - wir hatten wunderschöne Tage hier und es gab wirklich nichts zu meckern. Sehr nettes Personal, essen top und die Anlage ist auch sehr sauber.

Kann ich jedem empfehlen. Pools sehr schön und auch der direkte Strandzugang.

Ein ruhiges Hotel zum entspannen.

Sunrise Attitude è un resort tipico situato nella zona di belle mare. Per raggiungere la spiaggia bisogna attraversare la strada e per rientrare bisogna avere con se la chiave della stanza. Credevo che ció portasse ad un piccolo disagio ed invece è molto comodo. Spiaggia ben pulita, pochi ombrelloni ma abbastanza lettini ed è presente la guardia e un piccolo carrello per prender delle bibite come acqua, sprite, coca cola, fanta..
All’interno del resort, che tra l’altro è stupendo perché è davvero tipico, troviamo due piscine con corrispettivi bar. Nella più grande si respira pura aria di RELAX, in quanto è un resort solo adulti, mentre nella più piccola ci sono varie attività tra cui biliardo, ping pong, freccette, biliardino etc..
Comunque durante la mattinata passano due “animatori” per coinvolgerti nelle varie attività.
All’interno ci sono vari ristoranti tra buffet e alla carta. Ce ne è uno tipico mauriziano (kot nou) da provare, molto speziato ma buono.
Si mangia molto bene anche nel bar della piscina (solo pranzo).
Colazioni/cene/pranzi a buffet si trova un menu davvero vasto e devo dire che si mangia molto bene.
Ci sono menù per celiaci, vegetariani, allergici e vegani ed il personale è
molto scrupoloso nel chiedere se si hanno allergie etc.
Ogni sera musica dal vivo nel bar 31 sopra la piscina grande, due volte a settimana spettacoli tipici mauriziani e due/tre volte musica dance con dj.
Le varie escursioni si possono prenotare direttamente in loco (consiglio perché si risparmia rispetto alle agenzie).
Il personale è sempre sorridente, cordiale e nonostante io e mio marito nn parlassimo bene le lingue, siamo anche riusciti a farci due risate con loro perché sono davvero gentili nel riuscire a capirti per poter dialogare un pochino.
Stanze con dettagli stupendi, anch’esse tipiche, ben arredate, ordinate e pulite ogni giorno.
Se devo trovare una pecca… noi eravamo in viaggio di nozze e non abbiamo trovato il “solito benvenuto” di decori sul letto nella stanza al nostro arrivo.
Altri resort, so, che facevano trovare qualsiasi piccolo decoro ogni giorno quando sistemavano la camera.
Sono piccolezze che però, ignorantemente, ti aspetti se vai in viaggio di nozze e che per me ci vuole per far felici, con poco, gli sposini.
Alla fine ce lo hanno fatto solo per un giorno e presumo perché parlando con un ragazzo nella reception, gli abbiamo fatto capire che ci sarebbe piaciuto aver una sorpresa del genere..
Comunque in generale, resort consigliatissimo se si vuole visitare un posto tipico in una bella zona di mare e soprattutto se ci si vuole abbandonare nel relax mauriziano.

Hôtel incroyable ! Nous y avons logé pour notre voyage de noces en avril 2023
Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute et aux petits soins, les chambres sont magnifiques (nous avions la suite avec la piscine), les différents restaurants de l’hôtel répondent aux goûts du plus grand nombre. Un restaurant typique Mauricien est également disponible sous reservation.

Je tiens particulièrement à remercier et féliciter cet hôtel pour leur dévouement envers les chiens errants de l’île.
En effet, il fait parti des RARES hôtels qui se soucient du bien être des chiens errants ! Nous avons adopté une petite chienne qui était sur leur plage justement… ❤️

Le seul bémol que nous pouvons relever c’est l’emplacement de l’hôtel sur l’île, nous étions un peu éloigné des points touristiques principaux. Mais, c’était tout aussi bien d’être au cœur même de l’île, un côté plus sauvage !

Das Sunrise Attitude ist ein modernes, junges Hotel. Ein wirklich schöner, gemütlicher Boho-Stil rundet das angenehme, moderne Ambiente ab.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit direkten Poolzugang. Dies war sehr zu empfehlen, obwohl die Anlage wunderschön ist und immer reichlich Liegen an den beiden der wirklich tollen Pools vorhanden waren.
Hier und da könnte etwas verbessert werden, aber im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes, sehr gutes 4 Sterne Hotel.
Wir hatten HP. Zu den Mahlzeiten sollten Getränke wie mindestens Wasser gratis sein.
Insbesondere auch, weil in der gesamten Anlage stilles Wasser durch 4 Sprinkler frei zur Verfügung steht und jederzeit Flaschen aufgefüllt werden können. Eine tolle Idee!
Das Hotel ist zum Meer mit einer Straße getrennt. Meiner Meinung nach eines der schönsten, weißesten und feinsten Strände auf der Insel (wir sind mit dem Auto gereist und haben uns alles angeschaut). Vor dem Strand befindet sich eine schöne, mit Bäumen bewachsene Grünanlage. Im Verhältnis zu den Touristenspots kaum Menschen vor Ort.
Ich empfehle den geführten Rundgang mit dem Personal. Der deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter war unglaublich seriös, freundlich und unterhaltsam. Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (wir wissen alle= deutsche Sprache, schwere Sprache!)
Während der Rundgänge erfahrt ihr alle Einzelheiten über das Glasboot, Schnorcheln, alle Restaurants, Teehaus, Unterstützung der Locals, Straßenhunde usw.
Essen nach einer Woche etwas eintönig. Das Kot Nou ist sehr zu empfehlen!
Alle Mitarbeiter waren unglaublich freundlich.
Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr sauber!
Maja, eine tolle Reinigungskraft. Sehr engagiert und freundlich.
Verbesserungen wie z.B. neue Toilettenbürsten (aufgrund massivem Rost), Befestigung von Armatur in der Dusche, WC an der Bar renovieren usw. würden dem Hotel einen feinschliff verleihen.
Tolles, dezentes Programm.

Eines der wenigen Hotels, welche Straßenhunde unterstützt und diese nicht ,,beseitigt"! Ganz, ganz toll und sehr lobenswert. Alleine deshalb, sollte jeder dieses Hotel buchen Das Sunrise geht mit tollem Beispiel voran, dass ein respektvoller Umgang mit allen Tieren auch für uns Touristen unglaublich wichtig für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt auf Mauritius ist! Das nennt man, angekommen im 21Jahrhundert und ein absoluter Vorreiter auf dieser vermeintlichen, zivilisierten Insel!

Kommen wir zu den Dingen außerhalb der Hotelanlage:
Ja, es gibt Hunde in der Umgebung und wie überall auf dieser Insel. Es gibt um die 300.000 Hunde auf dieser Insel, die aufgrund menschlichen Versagens täglich schrecklich leiden und sterben.
Das Sunrise Attitude ist Teilnehmer eines Tierschutzprogramms und eine tolle Unterstützung, auch wenn es nur ein Tropfen auf dem heißen Stein ist.
Das Leid der Hunde auf dieser Insel ist jedoch unerträglich, wir haben auf unserer 2 wöchigen Rundreise schreckliches gesehen.
Wenn man vorher im Internet recherchiert, wird man etwas schlauer. Dieses Tierleid und menschliche Versagen ist eine Tragödie.
Uns war dies leider nicht bewusst, auch sorgen angeblich die meisten Hotels dafür, dass die Strände sauber" bleiben.
Was aber vielleicht wichtig für das Sunrise Attitude und auch für die anderen Hotels ist: die Menschheit wird immer tierfreundlicher.
Insbesondere EU-Bürger, welcher einen sehr großen, touristischen Teil ausmacht, wird diese Zustände nicht für immer billigen und auf andere touristische Ziele zurückgreifen.
Es sollte etwas tierfreundliches unternommen werden. Die Insel ist traumhaft schön, die Menschen gegenüber den Touristen wirklich unglaublich freundlich. Aber der Umgang mit den Tieren eine wirkliche Katastrophe. Es tut einem im Herzen weh, so etwas auf einer vermeintlich zivilisierten Insel mitanzusehen.

Dieses Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! Von der ersten Minute an haben wir uns hier wohl gefühlt und wurde super in Empfang genommen. Die Hotelanlage ist super schön, sehr gepflegt und vorallem die Pools sind wahnsinnig. Man hat überall Sitzmöglichkeiten, kleine Entspannungs Ecken. Sie haben einen Billiard Tisch, Kicker, man kann Darten. Es gibt sogar einen eigenen Spa Bereich und ein Gym. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich.

Fabulous hotel, superb location directly across the road from the beach, very friendly and helpful staff. Food variety is fantastic, so much choice and for everyone's liking. Had a great evening at Navin's place. It was called the Ortentik meal with locals. Excellent value for money and everyone who went thoroughly enjoyed the evening, we were still talking about it a few days later

Expérience plus qu’incroyable avec un hôtel magnifique et un service plus que parfait.
Chaque restaurant est excellent et le petit déjeuner et plus que complet.

Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incomparable, serviable et accueillant !

Les activités proposé par l’hôtel permette de rencontrer d’autres personnes et de crée des liens.

Pour ce qui est de la literie, elle est excellente, un vrai paradis.

Le cadre général de l’hôtel est magnifique, reposant.

En résumé, vous pouvez aller au sunrise attitude les yeux fermé, en sachant que vous passerez quelques jours au paradis.

Der Strand in Belle Mare ist allerdings leider nicht besonders sauber.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Absolut durch die Bank weg freundliches Personal das wirklich schaut alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Einen Stern Abzug wegen dem nicht sauberen Strand und die Möglichkeit hier kurzfristig ein Auto zu mieten. Essen und Service sind wirklich hervorragend!!! Wir haben hier eine wirklich schöne Zeit!
