Bonjour ,accueil, service personnel, structure ,animations, ce lieu magnifique dépaysant est parfait le groupe est à l’écoute de ses clients nous transférons dimanche vers Sugar beach autre resort du groupe et revenons terminer notre séjour au long beach. Je conseille vivement ce groupe de 5 resort, à découvrir avec impatience . Merci d’accompagner nos séjours.
Une attention particulière à la carte du restaurant Sapori, nous à permis de découvrir des équipes de vrai cuisiniers " Sachin, Sevin, David, Marvin, Akash et pour nous servir avec délicatesse et bonne humeur Nilesh" votre passion se ressent dans notre assiette... excellent, je préconise cette table.

Nous avons passé le week-end de Divali au Long Beach. Le cadre est magnifique, la chambre très confortable, la nourriture excellente et le personnel plus que gentil et serviable!!!
Seul hic, la piscine familiale...malheureusement très sale, remplie de résidus à la surface. En nageant je suis même tombée sur un sparadrap flottant tranquillement!
Mis à part cela, très bel hôtel!

It was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It caters for everyone in the family.We went 2 weeks ago and the ambiance, food, activities, room and staff were amazing. The all inclusive package was good value.Thank you for this special experience.

Nous avons passé un séjour magique avec nos deux enfants et nos trois petits enfants.
Un magnifique hotel dans un parc verdoyant.
Les chambres en face à la mer sont grandes, luxueuses et superbes superbes. La répartition des chambres sur le terrain ne donne pas l'impression d'un hotel aussi important.
La plage et les activités proposée sont parfaites.
Les restaurants très agréables et surtout un personnel très gentil et accueillant avec les enfants

The service has is quite good except has been waiting for nearly 30min to received our drinks (I think on this point it will depend on the waiter). Apart from this, the staff was quite here helping.

Bon hôtel, beau décor, belle plage avec diverses activités nautique et terrestre. Nous avons eu les chambres les plus isolées de l'hôtel, mais avons été heureux d'avoir eu un service de voiturette à tout heure.
Néanmoins, pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous nous attendions à un buffet plus diversifié et raffiné aux restaurant "Le marché" le soir.
Nous tenons à remercier les membres du sport club : Sash, Britany et toute l'équipe pour leurs joie de vivre et leurs précieux conseils.
Une excellente expérience au sein du long Beach. Merci pour tout cela. :)

We have visited all the Sunlife resorts and this is by far our favourite. The service is outstanding, the location is beautiful, the food is gorgeous and the options within the package we chose were absolutely above and beyond. We had the best wedding anniversary we could have asked for.

Gleich vorweg - super Hotel, super schön. Fast 3 Wochen zu viert Urlaub gemacht. Extrem freundliches Personal- wie überall auf der Insel sehr freundliche Menschen. Essen sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Neben Buffet stehen 4 weitere Restaurants zur freien Wahl (Japanisches muss extra bezahlt werden). Großer Pool, zusätzlich Infinity Pool. Großer sauberer Strand und klarstes Wasser ohne Quallen. Schnorcheln vom Strand weg lohnt sich; mehr sieht man beim Speedboat Ausflug (sehr empfehlenswert).

El servicio de barra en la piscina espectacular

Déçue.
- Problèmes au Check-in ET au check-out sans aucune raison claire, on a dû attendre (avec 1 toddler et 1 bébé de 3 mois).
- le berceau n'était pas prévu dans la chambre, il a fallu demander.
- pas de table à langer ni baignoire disponibles
- souris la nuit dans la chambre, cafard vu près du pain au resto
- aucun endroit où s'asseoir pour apprécier la programmation musicale le soir si on ne consomme pas au Shores
- pas très pratiquable avec poussette

I stayed here 12 years ago when it first opened and I couldn’t fault it, so wanted to treat my family to a stay here.
We had a few issues on check-in, however, on hearing my complaints, the guest relations manager Dolores went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our stay was amazing. The service at this hotel is first rate! They really want you to have a great experience. Samia and Jenny at breakfast were particularly helpful and friendly.
It has a great pool for kids and a lovely atmosphere. As well as a beautiful beach, which we loved spending time on.
If you have any issues, just speak up and they’ll take care of everything, which is all you can ask of any hotel.
Just be aware, there is no free water at dinner, which we were surprised about for a 5* hotel. But I guess we’re used to getting free tap water in Europe.
That said, I’ll definitely be back, as we had a great time. And my nephews loved the golf buggies that took you around!

Un voyage de noce parfait. Hôtel paradisiaque. Nous avons très bien mangé, bien reposé. Hôtel les pieds dans l'eau avec ses deux magnifiques piscines et la plage à perte de vue ???? le personnel est au top, très agréable, très souriant et ils parlent très bien français ! Nous espérons de tout coeur revenir mais cette fois ci avec notre fils ! Hôtel adapté aussi bien à un séjour en couple, qu'en famille ! Merci à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel ????????❤️

The resort was wonderful. Very nice beach and everywhere was clean. The comfort was very good and the service as well. Everything was perfect, we loved all the food, Hasu was magic and the variety of food at le marche was amazing. Also the team members was very friendly especially Mr. Mithun which was so nice with us. We recommend this place.

I had a fantastic experience at the Long Beach hotel. The room was comfortable and offered a stunning sea view that added to the charm of my stay. The hotel's facilities were impressive, and having access to five restaurants provided a variety of dining options. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making me feel truly welcome. The food was not only delicious but also exceeded my expectations. Amazing venue for teambuilding and vacation! We organised teambuilding event here with the support from Shirley, Sales. The rooms are spacious and clean! Alban was on-site to make sure all arrangement and our request are attended timely.
Check in progress are smooth with the assistance of Nadia, Teambuilding activities were arranged by Sash, Jeff, our team had a great time!
We had half board, the meals and group seating are nicely arranged so for our arrival and service are very prompt. Thanks to Ben and Vick!
The liveband at the bar is great with singer, we love the music and the performance.
I had lunch at poolside, Narad and Vicky are so attentive and kept checking if I need anything. Vicky made the day for the kids for the surprise watermelon slice request.
The view for the beach is really amazing. Food is good, service is prompt!

This was the first time for us in Mauritius and will definitely not be the last. The staff at the hotel are wonderfully friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Huge shout out to the tall waiter in Chopsticks (sorry didn’t get his name). He was excellent and whenever he saw us about would always come over to chat and give us information about the hotel and island. The food in all restaurants was great. Rooms were lovely and clean. We made the most of the water sports and even got to see a turtle. Loved watching the fishermen bringing their catch in on Fridays. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us.

Love this hotel. Ideal location on the Island, not too windy and it's right on the beach with lots of sun loungers and plenty of room for everyone around the pool and on the beaches. The hotel is very clean and staff friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. The spa staff are just brilliant, they treat you as if you are their only client and a 50 min massage was so good I had to have another. The breakfast selection is vast, you really won't go hungry, try the chicken sausages, they are better than you think. Ask for a custom cocktail at Tides bar. Try out the pool next to the gym it's empty most of the time. And remember to enjoy yourselves.

Maravilloso hotel en Mauritius. Para mi el mejor de esta bella isla. Lujo en estado puro con cinco restaurantes cada uno mejor que el otro. La comida es excepcional en este hotel. El japonés es una pasada. Tiene muy buena animación nocturna. La piscina central es maravillosa y cuenta con una playa de cine. Pero lo mejor del hotel es el personal, te hacen sentir como en casa, profesionalidad y educación exquisitas.
