First of all, it is a postcard landscape: an earth-colored rum factory as if emerging from an ocean of cane. We enter this harmonious building with our senses alert for a synthetic guided tour that allows us to discover the different stages of production. The use of state-of-the-art technologies results in a high quality final product, produced with respect for the environment, which can be discovered during a tasting, a lunch at the Alchemist or an experience around rum. The entire range (rums and liqueurs) is on sale in the superb boutique.

Les explications sont très intéressantes. Les dégustations au top. Le site est très beau et bien entretenu.
Juste un doute sur le fait que toute la production se fasse sur place, car la partie usine paraît assez petite.
Mais une très belle expérience !
