Rum factory offering a synthetic guided tour to discover the different steps of the manufacturing process

First of all, it is a postcard landscape: an earth-colored rum factory as if emerging from an ocean of cane. We enter this harmonious building with our senses alert for a synthetic guided tour that allows us to discover the different stages of production. The use of state-of-the-art technologies results in a high quality final product, produced with respect for the environment, which can be discovered during a tasting, a lunch at the Alchemist or an experience around rum. The entire range (rums and liqueurs) is on sale in the superb boutique.

Rhumerie artisanale avec visite par guide obligatoire.
C’est bien mais c’est juste une dégustation et de la vente. N’attendez pas autre chose de cet endroit car la visite dure 10 min à tout casser.

Nous avons visité aujourd'hui la rhumerie Chamarel, très bien organisée. Avec de vraies machines à canne à sucre que l'on peut voir fonctionner. Mieux vaut y être tôt, cela vaut la peine.
