We love the setting of this small restaurant which offers the privilege of a lush tropical garden well set back from the coastal road and the charm of a pretty wooden house nestled among the trees. We are on Thai soil, at the cook Ousaporn's who prepares, as in her country, spring rolls, chicken skewers with satay sauce and other dishes from there. Sensitive taste buds, please check the icons so you don't come out with your mouth on fire! In the adorable vegetable garden are grown the herbs used to make the dishes so tasty.

Très beau et très bon resto thaï à tamarin. Le cadre est magique, ce jardin luxuriant vous fait davantage déconnecter et apprécier le bon plat que vous avez devant vous. Le service fut rapide et fait avec le sourire ce qui fut agréable. Nb : prendre un antimoustique est un petit plus pour profiter du cadre

Just as Luu mentioned, we had the same experience. The food was at least ok, we had pad thai and a green curry, it lacked of some finesse for us and we had better before.

Ousaporn is the best and only Thai restaurant in Tamarin Black River. That is a family-owned place with kind and open people working there. Now they deliver with Grubmates ????♀️????????????

Food is good and pleasing to the Mauritian palate ... service is horrible when it come to Mauritian citizens... we were treated as second class citizens... but nevertheless... they were tipped Rs 100 to show that unlike the white customer... we can also afford tipping... the decore was nice and will try the rest of the menu whenever I am in the west
