Atypical, this huge restaurant is arranged around barachois = fishponds. A miracle of water and greenery, it's a romantic place, despite its vocation for groups. Choose an outdoor table under the varangue or in one of the rondavels on stilts, and sample Mr. Hang's fabulous battalion cuisine. The speciality of the place: camarons, caught at the last moment and cooked on the spot. But fish, seafood, lamb or duck cooked over a wood fire are not bad either. Magical torchlight illumination of the basins on certain evenings.

The meal is a delight, and the attention of the waiters almost disturbing for european... you offers a towel on knees, take the bottle without someone arriving at the step of charge to serve you!
