A former volcano crater that has been covered by water, with a beach along its shores and lovely paths.
Lava and water met in the depths of the earth's crust to form a large crater, the origin of today's lake. The site's pure water is ideal for bathing (although it's still cool), and has been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label for its environmental quality. The 3 km walk around the lake is pleasant and accessible to all: a short hour's walk is enough to delight nature lovers. A fitness trail and hiking paths are also available.

Un lieux magnifique a découvrir pour les amoureux de la nature. De trés belle randonnées sportives s'offrent a vous ou une simple promenade(accessible a tous) autour du lac est possible. On peut également se restaurer sur place et se baigner également mais attention il faudra ne pas être trop frileux. En hiver le lac entiérement gelé offre également un panorama splendide

C'est l'occasion d'une belle promenade, dans un environnement naturel et exceptionnel. Petite pause possible au chalet. Baignade possible en été.
