The name Motueka is a reference to a New Zealand town, but Florent Gillot's brewery goes local, even ultra-local! The hop growers he works with are from Auvergne. The first is in Haute-Loire, the second in Puy-de-Dôme. Florent's uncle produces 50% of the barley. The same goes for the packaging, with French bottles and local labels. The attention paid to ingredients and know-how is evident in the tasting (available on site)!

De passage par hasard en cherchant un bar pour boire une bière ! Accueil sympa et bière super bonne. Je vous la conseille si vous passez par là et si vous aimez la bonne bière !
