Charlie and his team brew a craft beer, La Damoiselle, in blond, white, amber and brown versions. It is a place of meetings and exchanges, where various exhibitions and concerts take place. It is also an opportunity to discover new products, such as the famous rye winter beer. As for the Auvergn'ale, it is a light blonde beer with the particularity of being prepared in the same way by 6 breweries throughout the region (hence its name). If you really can't make it to Blesle, you can find them at La Cave Gourmande in Brioude.
