This guesthouse is located in the heart of the city, in a magnificent 19th-century wooden building in a well-preserved historic district. The welcome is cordial and the rooms are modest, not all with en-suite facilities. In the dry season, it's best to choose air-conditioned rooms. On the terrace, you'll enjoy a lovely little swimming pool, rare in youth hostels, which completes the picture and adds a pleasant atmosphere. Although the area is a little noisy, the value for money remains fair for Paramaribo.

Guest house tres sympa et économique. Nous avons apprécié la piscine et la terrasse pour se reposer tranquillement apres une visite de Paramaribo. Certainement ma guest-house préférée a Paramaribo.

Through the door of this magnificent building in the presidential district, we enter 1 mini lobby without charm with receptionists can friendly. The rooms could do with a makeover great cleaning and work. Even mice there are, where traps placed under the beds!
In comparison with other guesthouses, you can find better at the same price.

I placed 3 times already. It is very well located, because the weekend it is quiet. In the dry season, a room with brewer can be hot. For breakfast you sweet (jam, choco or pasta peanut) or savoury (eggs, Gouda and sausages). There is a small pool and staff is always nice...

We return from a dinner in Paramaribo where we at Albergo Alberga.

We were very disappointed welcome. The employees were not friendly, there was no leaflet or information about the city.

We needed to call a taxi, and we had to go to the Torarica hotel because the employee asked that we buy a telephone to use the guesthouse (difficult to find a place selling these cards one January 1st.).



The room is adequate, but nothing more.



Which unfortunately, because it is well located.
