A place to enjoy 100% organic ice creams made on site, with milk from cows on the organic farm.
Nicolas and Sylvanie are dedicated to milk production on their organic farm, with 35 Montbeliarde cows grazing on 50 ha. They also produce organic ice creams. This is how the Les Bio Givrés brand was born in 2011. They fill their ice-cream tubs with gourmet recipes made from their own organic milk, in a wide range of flavors (including organic fruit). They also make fruit sorbets, drinking yogurts, logs and frozen desserts. Stores in Yssingeaux and Le Puy-en-Velay, and online boutique.
