FISH AND CHIPS

This little stand in the Jaffa port is a destination in itself. We line up to enjoy a freshly caught fried fish in the morning. Here, no fuss: we are really on pure fish and chips but of the best possible quality. The oil is changed every day and the fish offered depends on the fishing of the day: sea bass, red mullet, sea bream, whiting but also shrimps, sardines, squid... Payment is in cash only and is served on plastic plates. A Judeo-Arab initiative, in the image of the Jaffa mix.
