Jean-Michel Schmit, founder of the Métissons festival, has opened his own small Vietnamese kitchen, in memory of his father of Eurasian origin. His mother, who now lives in France, came to train the cook, Ablaye. He prepares excellent egg rolls, beef ravioli and delicious pork caramel, among other delicious dishes. There's not much space to eat on site, but you can take your orders away to La Terrasse d'Afrique, also run by Jean-Michel, or Ndar Ndar Café. Delivery available.
