The restaurant on stilts of the Hotel Sindoné offers a magnificent setting for eating, with its breathtaking view of the river. You can enjoy a delicious local and European cuisine based on fresh and local products, including very good lamb mice. The chef, Safietou Diagne, received from the French ambassador to Senegal the prize for the best chef de la gastronomie at the Saint-Louis forum in 2017. To say that we eat very well there! In addition to the menu, which changes regularly, daily specials are also available.
