Next to the noisy Place de l'Indépendance and the great national theatre of Dakar, this massive, somewhat old-fashioned building was at the end of this edition, which was in the process of being renovated. The hotel offers 80 functional rooms spread over six floors with TV, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, air conditioning and bathroom with bathtub. It also has three suites next to the swimming pool, near which one can enjoy a meal or a cocktail on a deckchair while enjoying the sun and the few plants that decorate the garden.
