You'd rather rent an apartment than go to a hotel? Housed in one of the oldest buildings in the Plateau district, the residence les Arcades is a safe alternative, ideally located and very well kept. It rents about twenty furnished studios with bedroom, living room, bathroom, kitchenette and terrace or balcony, as well as a few spacious apartments that can accommodate up to 5 people. The residence also offers a laundry and ironing service for a small extra charge. A good address, with friendly staff.

Management is on the ground floor and if there is any problem the owner is available than it is quickly regulated.
The cleanliness of the rooms is exemplary, which is quite rare in the resident of Dakar establishments where you can easily find dust or insects. The apartment was daily cleaned and I walked barefoot in the flat without fear. I regularly go back to the Arches for its stays to Dakar from I discovered this establishment.
