The advantage here is that you are on a beautiful beach and can also spend part of the day there. The kitchen is specially pampered by Mexican chef Eleazar Bonilla, who isn't afraid to get his wings burnt in concocting imaginative and tasty Mexican cuisine. The menu changes between lunch and dinner, with meats and fish of the day that call upon ancestral recipes as well as contemporary know-how. Refined and well presented dishes, and a service as efficient as smiling.
