Here is a stop not to be missed: the chocolate museum in the centre of Valladolid. You will pass through twelve interactive and immersive rooms, which retrace in a very didactic way the history of cocoa in the world and in Mexico; from the uses in the Mayan culture to the industrialization in the 20th century. The visit ends with a delicious tasting, to complete this journey from the pod to the chocolate bar. An excellent visit. Allow between 40 and 60 minutes. A 60-minute participatory workshop is also available upon reservation.
