A puy in the shape of a pyramid, dominating the Violent plateau, also giving a superb panoramic view of the Sancy mountains.

The puy Violent has nothing nasty! It looks a little bit lost away from the massif and its big brothers : puy Mary, puy Chavaroche... It dominates, in the shape of a pyramid of 70 meters, the plateau of the same name and formerly a sheep pasture. The panorama is superb with the Sancy mountains in the distance. Several itineraries lead to it for a half-day trip. You can take by Saint-Paul-de-Salers and pass by the cross of the cowherds. You can go to Le Fau and take the GR 400, or from Récusset through the Impramau cirque.

Superbe paysage avec de très belle balade a des altitudes de 1500 m . Les vaches SALERS sont bien présentes
