On the side of the mountain, this buron, rebuilt identically to the building of 1760, offers to discover the work and life of the buroniers during the summer months on the mountain pastures for the manufacture of cheese. For information it is very well for people who do not know the region. However, it is a way sell Liqueur Gentian and Cheese Cantal or Salers. People could not tell me or desired to say themselves or find Salers Tradition, cheese made in code practice, while one kilometre away, there is Buron of Algour. Getting there for information, one-way purchases elsewhere.
visit explanations by interesting slides, you would like to see more concrete things because the aim of the visit is especially to buy cheese in fact very good!
