The restaurant, located in a pretty traditional house, serves tasty local cuisine. The festivities can start with salbutes and panuchos, or a lighter sopa de lima. If you're in an organized group, try the platón zamna, which offers a wide range of regional delicacies to share. Not to be missed here, papadzules (egg-based), relleno negro (chicken), poc-chuc (pork) or dzic de venado (venison ) are served in their old-fashioned style. For the little ones, less flavourful dishes are à la carte.
