Beer lovers will make the detour to this bar-restaurant despite its remote location. Blonde, brunette, IPA, Pilsner... the choice is vast and comes from the Patito Yucatheque Brewery, north of Merida. You will also find this key ingredient in the composition of some unconventional recipes, including the chicharron de ribeye con guacamole (the meat is marinated in a beer with vanilla notes) and the queso fundido con xcatic asado y chistorra (a somewhat rich starter, but the mixture of chilli, sausage and melted cheese is to be discovered).
