ASADERO SUPER BURRO
Read moreAn excellent address which, although it doesn't look like much, is ideal for a simple and copious dinner and is as well frequented by locals as foreigners. The speciality is grilled meat, accompanied by homemade tortilla (rare enough on the peninsula to be noted). The menu also includes burritos, stuffed potatoes and a molcajete (stone bowl) that is a must-try. Your mouth is watering as you watch the cooks busy themselves in the small open kitchen, not to mention the smell... Timeless in Loreto, and often crowded.
GASTROTECA AZUL
Read moreThe gastrothèques are a Mediterranean concept (Spain and Italy, especially) designating these restaurants which serve traditional and creative cuisine, inspired by the arrival of local products and of impeccable quality (no chemical fruit and vegetables, of course). After a small soup or salad, the chef is able to offer various dishes to satisfy every desire: fish and seafood of the day but also often, pork, chicken and beef. The hotel has an elegant bistro and can dine on the terrace.
LOS OLIVOS
Read moreIn the Misión de Loreto hotel, here is a restaurant that does not have local charm, but is nevertheless a safe bet in the local gastronomy. The menu offers very decent dishes inspired by international cuisine: filet mignon, coconut shrimp, salads, ceviche, risotto, etc. On Thursday evenings, it's all-you-can-eat pizza! The room is large and airy and there is even a terrace facing the sea. From the spacious terrace, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the seaside. High quality service.
