GASTROTECA AZUL

Gastrotecas are a Mediterranean concept (especially in Spain and Italy) for restaurants serving creative, artisanal cuisine inspired by the arrival of local produce of impeccable quality (no chemical produce, of course). After a small soup or salad, the chef arranges a variety of dishes to satisfy every craving: fish and seafood of the day, but also, and often, pork, chicken and beef. The place has the feel of an elegant bistro, and you can dine on the terrace.
