The gastrothèques are a Mediterranean concept (Spain and Italy, especially) designating these restaurants which serve traditional and creative cuisine, inspired by the arrival of local products and of impeccable quality (no chemical fruit and vegetables, of course). After a small soup or salad, the chef is able to offer various dishes to satisfy every desire: fish and seafood of the day but also often, pork, chicken and beef. The hotel has an elegant bistro and can dine on the terrace.
