Founded in 2006 by Coloradans, the brewery offers a dozen varieties of beer (blonde, rousse, stout, pale ale) brewed on site in an artisanal style. It also offers seasonal variations with mango and other fruits. For those with a curious palate, don't expect much the next morning. To mop up, fish & chips, burritos, burgers, pizzas and tacos.
