The Don Carlos hotel offers about fifty simple and comfortable rooms, with a slightly outdated decoration, but all equipped with television, refrigerator, bathroom and air conditioning. The hotel also has a bar and a restaurant where a copious and very good breakfast is served. Well located, one can easily reach all the points of interest of Higüey from the Don Carlos Hotel. Very helpful staff and excellent value for money. Perhaps the best deal for a quick stopover in town.
