COLOR CAFÉ

The Color Café is a project born from the love of Christelle (of French origin) for the Dominican coffee. By getting in touch with producers in the Barahona area, in the highlands (coffee grows between 900 and 1,200 meters), she came to set up this small educational itinerary that allows you to understand the whole process of coffee making. Thus, from the seed that is planted to the coffee that is drunk, it is the entire journey of coffee that is explained from A to Z! Store on site, to leave with a bag and a cup!
