Restaurant with an impeccable traditional cuisine that displays a menu of local dishes.

It is a very nice restaurant, with a real quality of service. Here, business lunches, travelers passing through on their way to the South and hotel guests rub shoulders. The cuisine is traditional but impeccable all year round. The lunch menu is carefully prepared with a choice of two dishes, various desserts and a drink. In the evening, you will be in a cosy atmosphere with a menu offering local dishes and French cuisine. There are also several rooms from the simple to the family room.

Si vous cherchez un 4 étoiles à Saint Flour, venez au Cit Hotel. 3 étoiles mais qui en valent 4. Le restaurant est divin et les desserts concoctés par la chef patissière sont sublimes. Frais et de saison la cuisine de réinvente au Cit Hotel.||Niveau literie c'est horrible on ne veut plus quitter le lit pour aller bosser tellement on a bien dormi. Je recommande les yeux fermés.
