200 m from the seafront and a few metres from restaurants, bars and discotheques, this establishment has been known for decades and has been known for its cheap economic rates, among the cheapest in the city, its relaxed atmosphere and its rich clientele: metropolitan, foreign backpackers, plagistes from the four corners of the island or revellers from the front of the sea… 14 fairly small but functional rooms, all air conditioned and with private bathroom (WC), TV TNT, and some of a balcony. The Tropic Hotel was recaptured in 2011, and the new owner began a gradual renovation of all the rooms, which is welcome after all these years: paint, changes in beds, towels, etc. For now, prices have hardly increased…
