New semi-gastro concept in Saint-Pierre offering French and European specialties with desserts.
Taken over in February 2016, La Plancha offers a new kitchen, a new concept that is intended to be semi-gastronomic. French and European specialities, as starters: foie gras à la mode de Jerez, flan y queso, red tuna fillet in tartar; as a main course: duck breast with blue vanilla, pork péi in two cookings, risotto camarons and scallops with lobster bisque, grilled octopus; as a dessert: white chocolate mousse with a praline and raspberry fondant heart, creamy lemon on hazelnut bisque; and an honourable wine list.

Honte au chef de servir un plat à peine garni pour 30€
C'est une honte pour un chef de présenter un plat comme celui que j'ai eu à ses clients. A peine de quoi se nourrir pour payer 30€ ce plat. Un petit bout de poisson, quelques pommes sautés perdues dans un coin et deux feuilles de salades. C'est du vol. On paye pour manger pas pour ressortir le ventre vide et payer cher.

the restaurant clean, is tastefully decorated and comfort is, only the bémole, the corner not smoking is tiny and it has the entrance you receive large contemporary air and cold. the acceul was top and with a smile, the service is fast, the sends dishes are good. On the level of the cuisine, it is simple efficient and good but not innovation it remains one can expensive, 2 or 3rd less by dish would have been very well. I it coneille for a good map restaurant between smoking or the person who support the smoke and the quality of kitchen is good food cooked perfectly especially.
