Opening in April 2019, this establishment is one of the addresses to try in Saint-Paul. Its delicate cuisine features the ingredients of traditional Creole dishes, revisited in an original and harmonious way: half-cooked tuna in a crust of herbs and sosso corn, smoked marlin ti jacques, palmist combava pei chicken or even camarons in coconut crumbs with garlic and tabasco combava cream. For dessert, we appreciate the papaya and rosemary tarte Tatin and the white chocolate mousse with fresh strawberries and gingerbread chips.
