The only thermal establishment on the island which perpetuates one of the pillars of Cilaosian tourism since the 19th century, when the governors came in sedan chairs. Discovered in 1815, the hot springs gush out at 37°C and come from the Piton des Neiges, extinct for 10,000 years. A whole range of treatments is available to curists and tourists: hydro-massage bed and baths, individual or double with chromotherapy, jet and affusion shower, Shiatsu chair massage, sauna, bubble bath, hammam, seaweed wrap...

nous avons pris un bain hydro massant (attention : prendre un maillot de bain qui ne craint rien et ne surtout pas mettre les cheveux dedans cela les dessèche comme de la paille) et un massage avec l'esthéticienne.
Conseil: RESERVER A L'AVANCE PAR TELEHONE !
Mauvaise gestion en générale, que ce soit au téléphone ou sur place (pas de communication entre l’accueil et les « thérapeutes »). Et le pire, l’établissement est dans un état déplorable, tout était oxydé, moisi, écœurant et répugnant… (Ajout photos). Ce sont des thermes en friche.
Expérience vraiment malaisante.
Nous ne recommandons à personne de payer pour ça.
