Hidden in a green setting, this gourmet restaurant overlooking the ocean is a divine surprise. Chef Jonathan Nerovique offers a simple yet refined menu based on fresh, local produce: coconut-breaded king prawn kebabs, pan-fried scallops caramelized in coarse syrup and coral mousse with pan-fried yellow banana or fricasseed grandma's minute ouassous... Everything is well put together: accompaniments, sauces, presentation. Special mention for the chocolate entremets, a real koud'coeur! The service is very professional.
