It is within the Comptoir des Viandes that Prisca Morjon, culinary blogger, has set up her corner, where she proposes her good little dishes made exclusively from local products. This self-taught chef now has her own space in the butcher's shop. On the menu: Martinique salad (fierce avocado, Peyi vegetables), curried chicken dombrés, Creole beef bourguignon... and of course coconut flan! She also gives workshops at La Mauny on food and rum pairing.
