In a magnificent setting overlooking the superb bay, the Hotel Plein Soleil, this grand Creole house run by Jean-Christophe, offers a gourmet restaurant that is not to be outdone, designed as a table d'hôtes. Chef Rudy Réclair cultivates remarkable creativity, combining crossbred flavors with fresh local produce. Menus with a thousand and one flavors, constantly renewed, always with a choice between fish or meat. An address not to be missed.

Beau séjour en famille en suite duplex. Le cadre est magnifique, les chambres spacieuses et bien agencées, avec piscine privative en terrasse (malheureusement un peu froide…).||Nous avons adorés les petit - déjeuners et l’espace Lounge.||À recommander ????

Parfait un sans faute. Service entretien localisation personnel tout est à la hauteur assez inhabituel pour être mis en avant. La restauration du petit déjeuner au dîner est au top. Pour fréquenter les Antilles depuis 35 ans le Plein Soleil est ce que l on fait de mieux. Merci ne changez rien en attendant notre retour
