Within the grounds of the B&B hotel, the Zest Bar faces the magnificent bay of Fort-de-France. The bar is positioned as a rum cellar. You'll find a unique selection of white, aged and amber rums from Martinique and the rest of the Caribbean. The decor is splendid, with a beautiful teak terrace and the adjoining hotel swimming pool. The menu is simple and modern. But above all, we come to Zest for its incredible cocktails, each more original than the last: original, classic, with or without alcohol, there's something for everyone!
