Home to the public pool, the Capès pool and the Bain des Amours, where you can bathe in water heated by La Soufrière.

On this site, there are three hot water pools: the public pool, the Capès pool and the Bain des Amours, where you can bathe in water at 33°C, heated by the Soufrière. From 1920 to 1960, the thermal establishment of Dolé-les-Bains received all the high bourgeoisie of the island. People suffering from rheumatism came here for cures. In 1969, the S.A. des Eaux Capès-Dolé took over the exploitation of the site by extracting and bottling a mineral water. Do not leave anything in your car to avoid theft in the car park.

Bassin d'eau chaude aménagé en bord de route à l'arrivée de la "source cascade" vraiment chaude. (en rénovation quand on y était) ; c'est déroutant tellement ça ressemble aux cascades pyrénéennes...... mal indiqué, ne pas hésiter à demander.

Je peux comprendre qu'un vol dans une voiture puisse rompre le charme total d'un tel lieu (pour l'avis précédent). Mais quel lieu ! Un bassin propre et aménagé au milieu de la nature et délivrant de l'eau douce chaude. Un mini jardin d'Eden que ce Bain des Amours. Revigorant après une bonne randonnée aux chutes du Carbet. Immanquable.

The problem is that while you can swim in the Tub amours, one breaks the car and steals you what you wanted to preserve the swinging rain, " Sly Little Minx the 2011" was part of the things flights this day around 17:30! Flights are frequent but unpunished but it was known too late!
