PASSAGE DES MARCHES

This alleyway is well known to local residents, as it is located close to the market (downtown). It is made up of steps and was renovated in 2022. The work, entitled "Sur les traces des Kalinagos" ("In the footsteps of the Kalinagos"), was created by local ceramist Henry Hilaire. He worked in conjunction with an association and young people who contributed to the project to embellish the site. To enhance the site, the risers were covered with mosaics. The alley will later be integrated into a discovery circuit.
