Yesterday's Fèrma at 700 m altitude was born in 2003 and covers a surface of 4 ha of wood and grassland. If production started with snails, pigs and ducks quickly joined them. The ducklings arrive here at the age of one day and are then reared outdoors until the age of 13 weeks. They are stuffed for days, in corn, in spruce, according to the traditional method. Since the beginning of 2012, the ducks are then processed on site to become delicious products: terrine, rillettes, and foie gras!
