Close to the stations, nestled in the old town of Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise and its ancestral houses, the Grange offers a relaxing stopover. We appreciate seeing his lights in the evening in descending skiing. An intimate atmosphere between old stones, fireplace and wood for a good time. On the map, a almond breaded reblochon, blueberry grout and gingerbread, ravioli stuffed with truffle, nugget of foie gras, Parmesan in chips and mushroom duxelle. We took a canard duck tatin with ceps and toast and its icy cèpe and dessert, an egg with snow revisited in truffle.
