At La Flambée, galettes and crêpes are the stars, but it would be a shame not to try the regional specialties. Tartiflette, croziflette, raclette and many other dishes are a must! The filet of Charolais beef, with its fricassee of porcini mushrooms, is a real treat for meat lovers. The warm welcome and friendly atmosphere of the establishment promise a very pleasant culinary experience, on the sunny terrace or by the fireplace. An address not to be missed!

Nous avons pris une fondue aux cèpes délicieuse avec un très bon cidre breton. En dessert, des profiteroles à la Chartreuse et une coupe de glace chocolat liégeois on ne peut plus gourmand !
Ce fut également l'occasion de goûter différentes variétés de Chartreuse, tout aussi savoureuses les unes que les autres !
